Welcome to Sterling Search.

It is hard to believe that we have been in business for over 20 years. Time sure flies when you are having fun.  For over two decades, we have had the pleasure of working with many large and mid-size companies and young start-ups.  It has been exciting to see our clients grow, and be a part of their growth.  We have given our best to be a catalyst in our client’s growth, and we have always gone the extra mile to be a trusted advisor for our clients.

There is one simple value we share with our successful clients - that the power of an organization lies in it’s people.   It’s the combination of teamwork and leadership that helps produce exciting innovations, allows an organization to reach new heights and creates wealth for all parties involved.  That was true before, it is true today, and we believe it will be true 10 years from today.  That is why, after all these years I remain as passionate as I was over 20 years ago, about helping our clients recruit the right talent that helps them achieve their goals.

The economic climate has been challenging in the last couple of years.  I strongly believe the companies that will survive this economic downturn are the companies that continue to invest in their people.  Companies that will make an effort to retain their best talent, are the ones that will be in best position to take advantage of the upswing.  We have seen how our most successful clients have always looked at recruiting as a strategic activity.  We have worked with them in putting together effective recruiting strategies for the short and the long term.  We continue to work with them on refining their recruiting process to make sure that it is relevant to the job market and the times we live in.

We are bullish on the future.  I think the companies that survive this downturn will be in a position to reap rich rewards.  We will continue to work very hard to help our clients move forward.  Our fundamental principles remain same.  We must always keep paramount in our minds the importance of advancing our outstanding reputation through our personal integrity, our shared values and through our consistently ethical and honest business conduct.
